FC has continued to evolve into a company that bridges the gap between employers who are looking for qualified candidates to fill positions, and individuals who are looking for employers who are offering quality jobs with good pay. Our founder and CEO was inspired to leverage her corporate knowledge, experience and education to help transform her underrepresented community to a neighborhood with beautiful homes and businesses on safe streets by way of sound employment.
