Biography
Robin Sneed-Slater is the owner & founder of Forward Change, LLC, a talent acquisition management consulting company, specializing in healthcare recruitment & retention. Prior to running her business full-time in 2018, Robin acquired over 20 years of experience working in various talent acquisition management roles in several reputable heathcare systems within Philadelphia & surrounding regions. Robin earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from Thomas Jefferson University. She earned her Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership & Development, with a concentration in Psychology, from Saint Joseph's University. Her goal is to help build underrepresented communites where residents will begin to take pride in their neighborhoods through local job creation as a direct result from small businesses and homeownerships.
