Forward Change will manage the exit process of your terminating employees. It will include an exit interview asking key questions to gather information to understand regarding your company’s strength and weaknesses. We will ensure items that are in the employee's possession will be returned. Work with IT and security to confirm a list of all company access is phased out by the final day of employment.
